DEMOKRASI BUL GOMBAL GAMBUL
Menurut Joseph Stiglitz ( Mantan Penasehat Ekonomi Presiden Clinton, Mantan Senior Vice Presiden World Bank, penerima Noble Prize 2002 Bid.Ekonomi ) Barat setelah mengglobalkan nilai dan sistim ekonominya, dunia selama 3 dekade mengalami krisek ( Krisis Ekonomi ) sebanyak 100 X, artinya hampir tiap tahun terjadi Krisek.Indonesia salah satu korban Krisek yg sampai saat ini masih belum ” sadar ” benar, masih koma.Barat yg gagal inipun masih mengglobalkan nilai dan sistim politiknya yg lazim kita sebut dengan Demokrasi.
JS ” orang dalam ” sendiri yg mengkritik tentang kegagalan sistim ini, dan Indonesia telah mengalami Krisek yg belum sembuh benar, masih terus menganut, sadar atau tidak, dipaksakan atau secara suka-rela, bahkan dengan suatu kebanggaan, lagi-lagi menganut, memeluk sistim politik yg diglobalkan oleh barat.
Apakah betul adanya sistim politik ini membawa perbaikan bagi dibanyak negara di luar barat…?? Apakah barat hanya mengganggap dirinya ” western uber alles, extra western nulla salus ” ?? atau memang sikap dunia timur yg imferior complex sehingga mengambil ” bunga dan sekaligus juga duri-nya “..??? Kali ini saya mengajak kita semua, utamanya para teman-teman pengurus Parpol utk merenung, berpikir, tentang apa peran kita, apakah peran kita di Partai atau partai kita sebuah pilihan yg merupakan solusi atau menambah keruwetan semata…???
Dibanyak negara sudah kita lihat biasanya demokrasi hanya menyebabkan konflik horisontal, instability ( kasus terakhir adalah Kenya ) dan assasinasi ( kasus terakhir Benazir Bhutto ).Indonesia saya kira tidak jauh dari pengalaman dibanyak negara berkembang lainnya.Khusus utk Indonesia marilah kita berhitung secara cermat, kita renungi secara mendalam.
Renungan itu begini; Selama 5 tahun Indonesia akan menyelenggarakan perhelatan akbar Pemilu 1 x 3 putaran utk memilih Aleg dan Paket Presiden-Wapress.Selama 5 tahun Indonesia akan menyelenggarakan Pilkada utk pemilihan Gubernur sebanyak 33 Propinsi, selama lima tahun Indonesia akan menyelenggarakan Pilkada utk Bupati & Walikota sebanayak Kurang lebih 330 x ( 1 propinsi saya hitung rata 10 Kabupaten, ada terdiri dari 20 Kabupaten dan Kotif, ada yg terdiri dari 4 Kabupaten saja, kalau data ini salah tolong dikoreksi ).Pertanyaannya sekarang, berapa APBN-APBD dan pendapatan asli daerah yg tersedot utk ” hura-hura ” demokrasi ini…..??? Sudah sebegitu makmur Indonesia sehingga harus menempuh cara hura-hura demokrasi ini….??? Apakah ini memang tugas konsitusional kita, yakni menyelenggarakan Pemilu dan Pilkada…??? Sayangnya Pemerintah selalu mengatakan amanat UUD 45 mengenai alokasi APBN 20% utk pendidikan saja belum tercapai, lalu apakah hura-hura demokrasi ini lebih penting dari pendidikan rakyatnya….??? Apakah tidak lebih baik jika dana Pemilu itu kita alihkan utk; pemenuhan target anggaran Pendidikan 20%, memperbaiki infrastruktur kita yg hancur-hancuran, menstimulasi sektor riil agar tertanggulangi masalah pengangguran yg dari waktu ke waktu terus bertambah…??? Teman-teman pengurus partai silahkan berpikir, merenung dalam-dalam, apakah anda semua bagian juga dari keruwetan ini, baik disadari atau tidak…!!!!
Utamanya yg Partai Islam dan Teman-teman semua yg beragama Islam; Bila kita shalat, Shalat Tahajud ditengah keheningan malam, anda shalat dgn bacaan yg bagus, suratnya panjang-panjang, berdo’a dgn berlinang air mata, bahkan mungkin kaki bengkak-bengkak seperti Rasullah, Haji tiap tahun, tiap minggu, tiap bulan, tiap tahun setiap ada kesempatan melakukan ibadah Umrah, tapi anda biar orang sekeliling anda Lapar, bodoh, bagaimana status amalan seperti itu……???? Insya Allah amalan diatas MARDUD ( Tertolak ).Kalau amalan seperti itu saja tertolak, bagaimana dgn Pemilu dan Pilkada, ditengah rakyat yg mengalami busung lapar, gizi buruk ( bahkan dikhawatirkan anak-anak kita akan mengalami lost generation ), makan sekuul aking, dan kesusahan hidup yg makin lama makin menghimpit dan amat berat…!!!
Hanya orang yg tanpa moral saja, hura-hura demokrasi dalam kedaan rakyat seperti itu.
Mungkin Indonesia lagi benar-benar sial, pemilu yg sebegitu besar pendanaannya ( bocor ah..!! itu sudah biasa ) tidak serta merta menghasilkan pejabat negara yg baik.Hampir saja kita tidak bisa membedakan Yahya Zaini dgn bintang film porno.Ucapan RI 2 tidak ubahnya statement seorang MUCIKARI-GERMO ” Wanita disekitar daerah puncak kawin kontrak dgn Pria asing, kemudian dapat uang, membangun rumah, anak-anak mereka dari perkawinan kontrak tersebut main sinetron, karena cantik dan ganteng-ganteng “.Ada Bupati pilihan rakyat di suatu kabupaten di Jateng yg menjual sumber mata air kepada perusahaan air minum yg sejak dulu kala digunakan oleh masyarakat setempat.
Ini hasil demokrasi…?? ini-kah hasil perubahan dari rezim otoriter ke demo-crazy ini….???
Karenanya agar teman-teman saya tidak terseret lebih jauh lagi, dan ikut berdosa, tentunya akan sangat bijaksana, bila anda semua mendeklarasikan pembubaran partai anda dan melayangkan surat pembubarannya ke DPP masing-masing di JKT.Kepada pihak KBRI-KJRI jangan pernah terbetik sedikitpun utk menyelenggarakan Pemilu di LN dgn membentuk PPLN.
Dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan diatas, kalau tidak sadar juga, jangan salahkan orang seperti Pak.Harto yg menyederhanakan sistim kepartaian dulu dibawah Moncong Meriam dan Ujung bayonet, utk menghentikan kekonyolan ini.
Indonesia-Indonesia, kau bukan hanya banjir air hujan, kau bukan hanya banjir air sungai yg meluap karena hutanmu pada gundul, tapi kaupun banjir partai, banjir ” nabi “, banjir pikiran nyeleneh dan destruktif dgn stock koruptor yg tidak perlu diimport pun sudah surplus, mereka siap menenggelamkanmu ke dasar samudra kehancuran yg paling dalam, Aku khawatir sekali Nasibmu Indonesiaku, aku Khawatir sekali, aku berharap aku tidak menyaksikan kehancuranmu, aku berharap ketika kau tenggelam ke dasar samudra kehancuran itu Semoga Allah Tuhan telah memanggil aku, aku tak kuasa melihat mu seperti itu, karena aku mencintaimu….!!!! Aku yg lemah ini yg tak mampu menggerakkan moncong meriam, tak mampu menggunakan ujung bayonet utk menghentikan semua kekonyolan ini…!!! ( he he he he he teman-teman puitis ga’ tuh ha ha ha ha ha )

i was reading throught some of the posts and i stumble on them to be altogether interesting. pathetic my english is not exaclty the very best. would there be anyway to transalte this into my patois, spanish. it would really usurp me a lot. since i could set side by side the english language to the spanish language.
