MOTOR BIKIN MACETKAH ?
Waktu itu sekitar tahun 2007 para pengguna motor di hujat habis-habisan oleh pemerintah, katanya mereka para pengguna motor sangat meresahkan, ugal-ugalan, bikin macet dan memperparah polusi di dunia. Ehm… coba saya pikirkan dulu dengan beberapa perbandingan. Kalau para pengguna motor ugal-ugalan sih memang rata-rata mereka yang buta peraturan dan tata cara naik motor pasti melakukan hal berugal-ugalan. Kalau memperparah polusi sih ini relatif aja, tergantung dari para pengguna motornya merawat atau tidaknya sepeda motornya juga, kalau semua orang bisa sadar akan kendaraan mereka sih yang namanya polusi bisa lebih rendah dari biasanya.
Tetapi saya tidak setuju dengan ungkapan kalau motor itu bikin macet, menurut saya malah motor itu enak gak menuhin jalan banget. Coba deh kita pikirkan perbandingan antara jumlah mobil dan motor saat ini, memang banyakan motor tapi mobil dengan jumlah yang sedikit saja sudah bisa memenuhi ruas jalan, apalagi saat ini hampir semua orang bisa membeli mobil, entah itu didapat dari hadiah perusahaan ataupun beli dengan cara kredit ringan. Satu mobil dijalan itu sama saja dengan empat motor dijalan, kalau emang motor bikin macet kenapa jalan tol yang gak ada motornya saja bisa macet juga, hayoooooo. Ketahuan nih ye alesannya. Sebenarnya sih motor itu bisa ngurangin macet, bentuk motor yang kecil, ringkas dan gak makan tempat inilah solusi para penduduk di ibukota hindarin macet dan hebatnya lagi, motor bisa menghemat BBM, bandingin aja dengan mobil. Satu liter bensin yang dipakai motor bisa melampaui jarak hingga 30 km atau lebih, bandingkan dengan mobil yang satu liternya Cuma sanggup berjalan hingga 14 km, alhasil mobil lebih rakus dalam minum BBM.
Apalagi saat ini mobil terbaru keluaran pabrik mobil memiliki body dan badan gemuk, niatnya mau ngeluarin mobil murah dengan daya tampung yang banyak, sayangnya hal ini malah bikin jalannya jadi sempit. Logikanya adalah semakin banyak mobil memiliki badan besar maka semakin sempit jalan yang digunakan. Memang benar sih kalau mobil itu lebih aman dijalan, bisa ngangkut keluarga karena dalam dunia motor tidak ada istilah “motor keluarga”, secara amannya motor itu maksimal diisi Cuma dua orang saja.
Kenapa gak para pekerja yang biasa naik mobil beralih ke motor, selain bisa mengurangi populsai mobil di jalan, menggunakan motor bisa lebih cepat kok apalagi di Indonesia tidak ada batas kecepatan di jalan namun semua ini harus kita pahami tentang safety riding yang baik dan benar jangan asal geber gas, nenek-nenek juga bisa. Oh iya, selama ini banyak jalan di ibukota menjadi rusak, sebetulnya motor juga bisa mencegah jalan rusak. Beban motor itu kan gak berat-berat amat paling berat juga dua ratus kilo sehingga keawettan jalan raya juga lebih baik kok. Namun itu semua tergantung pemerintah yang memberikan kualitas aspal dijalannya seperti apa, karena semua perubahan yang terjadi di tanah air hanya tergantung dari apa yang ingin dibuat oleh pemerintah.
Sepeda motor itu gak buruk dan pasti gak bikin macet, kalau ada motor mogok juga gak bikin macet panjang, motor yang mogok bisa minggir dijalan, berbeda dengan mobil, kalau mogok ya nunggu sampai ada yang dorong dan tetep aja kalau udah dipinggirin tetap bikin macet. Jadi jangan merasa ilfil naik motor, jangan merasa rendah dalam naik motor. Kalau kita bisa merawat dan menjaga kendaraan kita, motor itu bisa jadi the best vehicle di dunia. Efisien dan sangat ekonomis walaupun rawan kecelakaan. Gunakan safety riding yang benar sehingga kecelakaan bisa diminimalisir.

Ya ga laaah.. Motor malah bikin waktu ga abis di jalan alias irit waktu. Yang buat macet kalau semua kendaraan ga patuh aturan.
Praktis kalo cuma buat 2 orang ajah..

Motor tuh bikin macet. Sok gak salah lo pade. Pembuat kemacetan adalah rata2 disebabkan motor suka ambil jalur berlawanan arah dan rata2 pen gendaranya tuh kayak kagak tahu peraturan lalulintas. Sangat jarang pengendara motor yang beradab. Rata-rata nol besar! Anarkis semua! Enakan naek sepeda.
