Kumpulan Resep Puding Susu

Cara:
1. Campurkan agar-agar dengan susu dan air, aduk sampai tidak menggumpal.
2. Masak sampai mendidih, sambil terus diaduk. Angkat dan tiriskan sampai uap panasnya hilang.
3. Masukkan ke dalam wadah-wadah plastik kecil (yang biasa digunakan untuk es krim). Diamkan beberapa saat, sampai agar-agar kira-kira sudah membentuk lapisan yang bisa dituangi sirup. Karena kalau tidak, sirup yang dituangkan akan molos, masuk ke dalam agar-agar.
4. Tuangkan kira-kira1 sendok makan sirup / air buah kalengan ke dalam cetakan puding dengan hati-hati. Lalu tambahkan potongan buah/ buah kaleng ke atasnya.
5. Dinginkan ke dalam lemari pendingin. Lalu sajikan.
Tips:
1. Biasanya sih saya suka pakai sirup rasa mangga atau leci. Tapi terserah selera deh. Potongan buah, tidak wajib ada, tapi kalau ada, menambah segar rasanya. Bisa pakai buah nanas, mangga, melon atau buah kalengan. Kalau pakai buah kalengan tidak perlu pakai sirup, tapi gunakan kuah buah kalengannya saja, kan sudah manis juga.
2. Gunakan wadah yang kecil-kecil, karena supaya lebih cepat dingin, dan cepat terbentuk lapisan atas puding. Kalau pakai wadah yang besar, akan lebih lama proses pendinginannya.
