HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010
INDAHNYA MEMAAFKAN…di TAHUN BARU 2010.
Terkadang…kita yang terlalu fokus pada masa lalu, termasuk pengalaman menyakitkan karena disakiti orang-orang terdekatnya. Orang-orang terdekat itu bisa orang tua, pasangan hidup, teman atau sahabat terdekat, mantan pacar, saudara kandung, guru, orang yang dituakan, dan sebagainya.
Pengalaman masa lampau yang menyakitkan itu, seharusnya bisa kita diambil hikmahnya dan bisa untuk memacu kita, agar lebih termotivasi menjadi hal yang positif. Tetapi bila pengalaman menyakitkan itu malah membuat kita menjadi takut untuk melangkah maju, selalu merasa lemah dan rendah diri… maka itu menjadi belenggu dan menghambat kemajuan kita bahkan bisa menimbulkan berbagai kelemahan tubuh dan penyakit.
Mengapa SULIT untuk MEMAAFKAN ?
MEMAAFKAN seakan menguntungkan pihak satu yang sudah menyakiti, padahal dengan memaafkan justru kita yang untung karena mengikhlaskan rasa sakit hati itu… dan sudah tidak mengingatnya lagi… membuat langkah kita menjadi lebih ringan dan lega.
MEMAAFKAN seakan menjadi tindakan orang bodoh dan kekanak-kanakan, padahal dengan memaafkan kita menjadi lebih ‘happy’ menjalani kehidupan karena sudah tidak ada ganjalan lagi… coba kita lihat anak-anak yang begitu mengalami perselisihan maka 5-10 menit kemudian sudah berbaikan kembali, tertawa-tawa, dan bercanda ria kembali… menyenangkan bukan? Itu sebabnya ketika anak-anak berselisihan paham, akan lebih baik bila orang tua atau orang dewasa lainnya tidak ikut campur urusan mereka, karena ketika anak-anak yang berselisih itu sudah berbaikan, orang dewasa malah masih menyimpan bara di hati dan pikirannya.
Jadi ada baiknya, kita kembali memiliki jiwa kanak-kanak dalam tubuh yang sudah dewasa atau bahkan tua ini supaya kita kembali semangat, energik, sehat, dan terasa indah. (Sumber : Liliana-theprofec@yahoogroups.com)
